110V 220V AC input high voltage bldc motor driver board JYQD-V8.8B for sensorless brushless motor

110V 220V AC input high voltage bldc motor driver board JYQD-V8.8B for sensorless brushless motor

Application Notes:

1. Parameter Verification

Before use, ensure that the voltage, power, and other parameters do not exceed the specified range of the driver.

2. Motor Compatibility & Adjustment

The JYQD_V8.8B sensorless brushless motor driver is not universally compatible with all three-phase motors.

If suboptimal performance occurs (e.g., starting jitter, reverse rotation, excessive high-speed current, unstable RPM,

reduced efficiency, or failure to start under load), users may adjust specific component parameters on the driver

board (refer to attached documentation) to achieve optimal performance.

3. Thermal Management Requirements

   - For motors below 60W: No forced heat dissipation is required; ensure proper ventilation.

   - For motors above 60W: Mandatory heat dissipation (e.g., adding a heatsink) must be implemented.

4. 5V Output Port Restrictions

The 5V output port must not connect to external electrical devices. It is exclusively for interfacing with potentiometers

or switches for speed regulation and direction switching.

5. M Terminal Specifications

The "M" terminal on the driver board provides a push-pull output for motor speed pulse signals, with a maximum

   output current <5mA

6. Motor Wiring Guidelines

Avoid excessive motor cable length. Long cables may introduce signal interference due to the driver's reliance

on back electromotive force (BEMF) detection.

7. High-Voltage Safety Precautions

This high-voltage driver board requires strict adherence to protective measures during testing.

8. Heatsink Installation

When installing heatsinks or positioning the board, ensure proper insulation of the driver board to prevent electrical hazards.

9. Terminal Specifications

   - Power terminals: 4.2mm connectors.

   - Control terminals: 2.54mm pitch headers.

1. Control Port (Lower) - Top to Bottom Pin Definition

• 5V: Control board internal output 5V. Exclusively powers potentiometers and switch-based speed regulation/direction control.

GND: Common ground for driver board internal control circuits.

VR: Speed control port. Analog voltage regulation (0.1V-5V) enables linear speed adjustment from low to high. PWM speed

regulation requires common grounding with driver board.

• Z/F: Forward/reverse control port.

  - 5V high-level (or open circuit) for clockwise rotation

  - 0V low-level (or grounded) for counterclockwise rotation

• M: Motor speed pulse signal output port. Outputs 5V pulse signal proportional to motor RPM.

2. Power Port (Upper) - Top to Bottom Pin Definition

 AC: Power input (90V-265V AC)

 AC: Power input (90V-265V AC)

U/MA: Motor phase wire connection (Phase U)

V/MB: Motor phase wire connection (Phase V)

  • • W/MC: Motor phase wire connection (Phase W)

  • 3. Use shielded wires if the drivers board has more than 50 cm distance from the motor, otherwise it may lead to abnormal driving,
  •     affecting the normal use.

  • 4.This AC input driver board can be the built-in driver in application

  • 5. Pay attention to the insulation between the driver MOSFET and the heatsink or the installation plate.
