Application Notes:

1. Confirm the voltage and power parameters of the motor, which should not exceed the range specified by this driver.

2. This driver is used to drive hall-less three-phase motors. However, not all three-phase motors can be used directly.

    If the driving effect is not satisfactory (such as jittering during startup, reverse rotation, excessive current at high

    speed of the motor, unstable rotation speed, reduced efficiency, and failure to start after loading), customers can

     adjust the parameters such as resistors and capacitors on the driver board according to the actual situation to

      achieve the best driving effect .

3. The JYQD_V8.3B driver board is a bare board. If it is used to drive a motor with a power of less than 60W, forced

    heat dissipation is not required, and only normal ventilation and insulation need to be ensured. If the power of

     the driven motor exceeds 60W, forced heat dissipation must be carried out, and a heat sink should be added

     (pay attention to insulation, and refer to the installation method shown in the following figure).

4. The JYQD_V8.3B driver board has no anti-reverse connection protection. Connecting the power supply in reverse

     will permanently damage the driver board (be sure to pay attention when applying it).

5. The 5V output port on the driver board is prohibited from being connected to external electrical equipment. It is

    only suitable for connecting an external potentiometer and switch on this board for speed regulation and direction change.

6. The M terminal on the JYQD_V8.3B driver board is the motor rotation speed pulse output signal (push-pull output),

     and the maximum output current is less than 5mA.

1. Control Port (Right)

5V - Internal output voltage of the driver board

M - Motor rotation speed pulse signal output port, with a 5V pulse signal.

Z/F - Forward and reverse rotation control port. Connecting to a 5V high level or leaving it unconnected makes the

         motor rotate in one direction, while connecting to a 0V low level or grounding it makes the motor rotate in

        the other direction.

VR - Rotation speed control port. It uses analog voltage for speed regulation, ranging from 0.1V to 5V, with linear

         speed regulation from low to high. For PWM speed regulation, it needs to share the ground with the driver board.

GND - The ground used for the internal control of the driver board.


2. Power Port (Left)

MA - One of the three-phase wires of the motor

MB - One of the three-phase wires of the motor

MC - One of the three-phase wires of the motor

GND - Negative pole of the DC power supply

VCC - Positive pole of the DC power supply

3. The motor wires should not be too long. Otherwise, it may lead to abnormal driving and affect normal use.

4. For the control end, the port has a pitch of 2.54. For the power end, the port has a pitch of 3.96.

5. When adding a heat sink or placing the driver board, pay attention to the insulation problem of the driver board.
