JUYI 12V 24V High Currrent 60A Motor Driver with OV/LV Protection Analog Brake
Application Notes:
1. Confirm the motor's voltage and power parameters must not exceed the specified range of this driver board.
2. Applicable to 120-degree Hall-effect sensor brushless DC motors. Note that wiring sequences may vary between manufacturers.
Users may adjust Hall sensor wiring or motor phase wiring to achieve optimal driving performance.
3. Ensure proper ventilation for the controller during motor operation.
4. The 5V output port on the driver board strictly prohibits connection of external electrical devices.
It is exclusively for connecting potentiometers/switches for speed regulation and direction control.
5. The FG terminal on JYQD_V7.02 driver board outputs motor speed pulse signals (current <5mA).
6. The SV port on JYQD_V7.02's side functions as a built-in speed control interface:
- Clockwise rotation increases speed
- Counterclockwise rotation decreases speed
(Built-in speed control automatically disables when external speed regulation is connected)

Wiring Diagram

1. Control Port (SET)
● GND — Internal control ground of the driver board.
● Z/F — Forward/reverse control port. Connect to 5V or leave open for one direction; connect to GND for the opposite direction.
● EL — Enable control port. Connect to 5V or leave open for "RUN"; connect to GND for "STOP".
● BK — Brake control port. Connect to 5V or leave open for normal operation; connect to GND for braking.
● VR — Speed control port. Analog voltage speed regulation (0V-5V) for linear speed adjustment (low to high).
For external PWM speed control, ensure shared ground with the driver board.
● FG — Motor speed pulse output signal (output current <5mA).
● ALM — Status indicator. Outputs high level (5V) during normal operation and low level (0V) during faults (current <5mA).
● 5V — Internal 5V output for potentiometers or directional switches only. Do not connect external devices.
2. Hall Sensor Port (Hall)
● GND — Hall signal power ground.
● Ha — Hall signal HA.
● Hb — Hall signal HB.
● Hc — Hall signal HC.
● 5V — Hall signal power supply (+5V).
3. Power Port (Power & Motor)
● P+ — DC power supply positive (+).
● P- — DC power supply negative (-).
● U — Motor phase line U.
● V — Motor phase line V.
● W — Motor phase line W.
4. Notes
● Motor wiring length: Avoid excessively long cables, as this may impair performance.
● Heat dissipation: For high-power drives, implement forced cooling measures to prevent overheating and ensure stable operation.
