Application Notes:

1. Confirm the motor’s voltage and power ratings do not exceed the driver board’s specified limits.  

2. Designed for sensorless three-phase BLDC motors. Not all three-phase BLDC motors are compatible.

If performance issues occur (e.g., startup jitter, reverse rotation, excessive high-speed current, unstable RPM,

reduced efficiency, failure to start under load), adjust the driver’s resistor/capacitor parameters for optimal performance .  

3. JYQD-6.02 Driver supports motors under 500W without forced cooling, but ensure adequate ventilation.  

4. The 5V output port is exclusively for connecting potentiometers/switches (speed/direction control). DO NOT connect external devices. 

5. The FG terminal on the JYQD-6.02 outputs motor speed pulse signals (current <5mA).

1. Control Ports (SET)
GND - Ground for internal control of driver board.
Z/F - Forward/reverse control port. Connect to 5V or leave floating for one direction, connect to GND for opposite direction.
EN - Enable control port. Connect to 5V or leave floating for operation, connect to GND for stop state.
BRK - Brake control port. Connect to 5V or leave floating for operation, connect to GND for braking state.
VR - Speed control port. 0V-5V analog voltage speed regulation with linear speed adjustment from low to high.
External PWM speed regulation requires common ground with driver board.
FG - Speed signal output port. Pulse frequency proportional to motor speed (pulse ratio varies with motor type).
ALM - Operation indicator. Normally outputs high level (5V) during operation, outputs low level (0V) during abnormal operation (current <5mA).
5V - Internal 5V output for potentiometer power supply and speed/rotation control switching. Side 5V port is built-in speed adjustment interface
(clockwise acceleration, counterclockwise deceleration). Built-in speed control automatically disables when external speed regulation is connected.

2. Power Ports (Power and Motor)
P+ - DC power positive terminal
P- - DC power negative terminal
U - Motor phase U
V - Motor phase V
W - Motor phase W

3. Important Notes:
- Motor cables should not be excessively long to avoid signal interference
- Ensure proper heat dissipation during continuous high-current operation
