Application Notes:

1. Confirm the motor’s voltage and power ratings do not exceed the driver’s specified limits.  

2. Designed for sensorless three-phase motors. Not all three-phase motors are compatible. If issues occur
    (e.g., startup jitter, reverse rotation, excessive high-speed current, unstable RPM, reduced efficiency, failure
    to start under load), adjust the driver’s resistor/capacitor parameters for optimal performance.

3. JYQD-V8.10B is a bare board. No forced cooling is required for motors under 36W, but ensure adequate ventilation.  

4. Reverse polarity protection is integrated, but the reverse voltage must not exceed the rated operating voltage.  

5. The 5V output port is exclusively for external potentiometers/switches
(speed/direction control). Do not connect other devices.

6. The M terminal on the JYQD-V8.10B outputs motor speed pulse signals (current <5mA).

1. Control Ports (Right):
● GND: Internal control ground of the driver board.  
● FG: Motor speed pulse signal output (5V pulse).  
● VR: Speed control port.  
  - Analog voltage linear speed regulation: 0.1V–5V (linear speed adjustment from low to high).  
  - PWM speed regulation: Requires shared ground with the driver board.  
●  Z/F: Forward/reverse control port.  
  - 5V/high level or floating: Rotates in one direction.  
  - 0V/low level or GND: Rotates in the opposite direction.  
  5V: Internal 5V output exclusively for potentiometers/switches (speed/direction control).  

2. Power Ports (Left):
 MA/MB/MCPhase A/B/C terminals of the motor.  
 P+: DC power positive (+).  
 P-: DC power negative(-)

3. Notes:
 Motor wiring: Avoid excessive length. The driver uses back-EMF detection; long wires may cause signal interference.  

4. Port spacing: 
  - Control side: 2.54mm pitch.  
  - Power side: 2.54mm pitch.  

5. Heatsink installation: Ensure proper insulation between the driver board and heatsink to prevent short circuits.
