JUYI 36V-72V 16A Sensorless BLDC Motor Driver PWM/Analog Control JYQD-V6.5E

Main Parameters:

JUYI 36V-72V 16A Sensorless BLDC Motor Driver PWM/Analog Control JYQD-V6.5E

Application Notes:

1. Confirm the motor's voltage and power ratings do not exceed the driver board's specified limits.

2. Designed for sensorless three-phase BLDC motors. Not all three-phase BLDC motors are compatible.

If issues arise (e.g., startup jitter, reverse rotation, excessive high-speed current, unstable RPM, reduced

efficiency, failure to start under load), adjust the driver board’s resistor/capacitor parameters based on

actual conditions for optimal performance .

3. The JYQD-V6.5E driver is a bare board. No forced heat dissipation is required for motors under 100W,

but ensure adequate ventilation.

4. The 5V output port is exclusively for connecting potentiometers/switches for speed/direction control.

Do not connect external electrical devices.

5. The "Signa" terminal on the JYQD-V6.5E outputs motor speed pulse signals with a current <5mA.

Wiring Diagram

JUYI 36V-72V 16A Sensorless BLDC Motor Driver PWM/Analog Control JYQD-V6.5E

1. Control Ports (Left):
GND: Internal control ground for the driver board.

   VR: Speed control port.
  - Analog voltage linear speed regulation: 0.1V–5V (speed increases linearly with voltage).
  - PWM speed regulation: Requires shared ground with the driver board.

 Z/F Forward/reverse control port.
  - 5V/high level or floating: Rotates in one direction.
0V/low level or GND: Rotates in the opposite direction.

● Signa: Motor speed pulse signal output (5V pulse).

● Lorgue: Torque adjustment port. Remove the fixed torque resistor on the board before use. Otherwise, leave it unconnected.

● 5V: Internal 5V output **only for potentiometers/switches (speed/direction control).

2. Power Ports (Right):
● VCC: DC power supply positive (+).

● GNDDC power supply negative (-).

● MC/MB/MA: Phase A/B/C terminals of the motor.

3. Note: Motor wiring should not be excessively long. The driver board relies on back-EMF detection; long cables may cause signal interference.

4. Port Spacing:
   - Control side: 2.54mm pitch connectors.
   - Power side: 3.96mm pitch connectors.

5. Heatsink Installation: Ensure proper insulation between the driver board and heatsink to prevent short circuits.
