Application Notes:
1. Motor Compatibility
   - Confirm the motor’s voltage and power ratings do not exceed the driver board’s specified limits.

2. Sensorless BLDC Motor Compatibility
   - Designed for sensorless 3-phase BLDC motors, but not all such motors are plug-and-play.
   - If issues arise (e.g., startup jitter, reverse rotation, high current, unstable speed, or load failure),
adjust resistor/capacitor parameters to optimize performance.

3. Thermal Requirements
   - No forced cooling needed for motors ≤36W (ensure adequate ventilation).
   - For motors >36W, implement active cooling solutions.

4. 5V Port Usage
   - 5V output port: Strictly for external potentiometers/switches (speed/direction control).
      Do NOT connect other devices.

5. SC Port Specifications
   - SC port: Motor speed pulse output signal. Max output current: <5mA.

Wiring Diagram
JUYI Compact JYQD-V6.7 Controller Dual-Mode Speed Regulation Pulse Output for BLDC Motors

1. Control Ports (Left)
5V: Internal 5V output for potentiometer power supply only (used for speed switching & direction control)
Z/F: Forward/reverse control port
  - Rotates in one direction when connected to 5V (high level) or left open
  - Rotates in opposite direction when connected to 0V (low level) or grounded
VR: Speed control port (analog voltage 0.1V-5V, linear speed regulation from low to high)
PWM: Requires shared ground with driver board for PWM speed control
SC: Motor speed pulse signal output (5V pulse signal)
GND: Control system ground

2. Power Ports (Right)
VCC: DC power positive (+)
GND: DC power negative (-)
MA/MB/MC: Three-phase motor terminals

3. Critical Notes
a) Motor wire length should not exceed 50cm. Extended wiring may cause:
   - Signal interference (due to back-EMF detection mechanism)
   - Reduced phase current detection accuracy

b) Connector specifications:
   - Control ports: 2.54mm pitch
   - Power ports: 2.54mm pitch

c) Thermal management:
When adding or installing a heat sink, pay attention to the insulation of the drive board.
