JYQD_V7.0 Brushless DC Motor Driver with Hall Sensor,12-24V 3A,PWM/Analog Control
Application Instructions
1. Confirm the voltage and power parameters of the motor, which should not exceed the range specified for this driver board.
2. This driver board is suitable for 120 - degree Hall - effect DC brushless motors. The wiring sequences of motors from different
manufacturers may not correspond one - to - one with that of the driver board. Customers can adjust the Hall wiring sequence
or the three - phase wiring sequence of the motor according to the actual situation to achieve the best driving effect .
3. The JYQD_V7.0 driver board is a bare board. It can drive motors with a power below 36W without forced heat dissipation,
but normal ventilation must be ensured.
4. The 5V output port on the driver board is prohibited from connecting external electrical equipment. It is only applicable for
the external potentiometer and switch of this board for speed adjustment, direction change, and enabling functions.

Wiring Diagram
I. Control Ports (Left)
1. 5V – Internal 5V output from the control board, exclusively for potentiometer power supply. Used for
switch-based speed adjustment and direction switching.
2. Z/F – Direction control port.
• Connect to 5V or leave floating for clockwise rotation
• Connect to GND for counterclockwise rotation
3. VR – Speed control port
• Analog voltage speed regulation (0V-5V) with linear speed adjustment from low to high
• Note: External PWM speed control requires common grounding with driver board
4. SC – Enable control port
• Connect to 5V or leave floating to enable operation
• Connect to GND to disable operation
5. GND – Control ground reference for internal driver board circuitry
II. Power Ports (Right)
1. GND – DC power supply negative terminal (-)
2. VCC – DC power supply positive terminal (+)
3. Phase Terminals:
• MA – Motor phase line A
• MB – Motor phase line B
• MC – Motor phase line C
III. Critical Installation Notes
1. Motor Wiring:
• Keep motor cables as short as possible (recommended ≤1m)
• Excessive length may cause signal interference
2. Connector Specifications:
• Control ports: 2.5mm pitch connectors
• Power ports: Standard 2.54mm pitch connectors
3. Thermal Management:
• When installing heat sinks:
a) Ensure proper electrical insulation between driver board and heatsink
b) Use thermally conductive but electrically insulating pads
c) Verify no short circuits exist after installation
