Application Instructions

1. Confirm the voltage and power parameters of the motor, which should not exceed the range specified for

     this driver board.

2. This driver board is suitable for driving three - phase DC brushless motors. However, not all three - phase DC

    brushless motors can be used directly. If the driving effect is poor (such as startup jitter, reverse rotation,

    excessive current at high speed of the motor, unstable rotation speed, reduced efficiency, and failure to start

     after loading), customers can adjust the parameters such as resistors and capacitors of the driver board according

     to the actual situation to achieve the best driving effect .

3. The JYQD_V6.3B driver board is a bare board. For motors with a power below 100W, forced heat dissipation is not

    required, but normal ventilation must be ensured.

4. The 5V output port on the driver board is prohibited from connecting external electrical equipment. It is only suitable

    for external potentiometers and switches on this board for speed adjustment and commutation.

5. The "Signal" on the JYQD_V6.3B driver board is the pulse output signal of the motor speed, and the output current

    is less than 5mA.

Port Description 1. Control Port (SET)  •  GND – Internal control ground of the driver board.  
• VR – Speed control port. - Analog voltage speed regulation: 0V-5V linear adjustment (low to high). - PWM speed regulation: Requires shared ground with the driver board.  
•  Z/F – Forward/reverse control port. - Connect to 5V or leave floating for one direction. - Connect to GND for the opposite direction.  
•  Signal – Motor speed pulse signal output port (5V pulse signal).  
•  5V – Internal 5V output for potentiometer and switch speed/direction control only. 2. Power Port  •  P+/VCC – DC power supply positive terminal (+).  •  P-/GND – DC power supply negative terminal (-).  •  MC/MB/MA – Three-phase motor terminals (connect to motor phases). 3. Key Notes 1. Motor Phase and Hall Sensor Wiring - Avoid excessively long cables for motor phase lines or Hall sensor lines to prevent signal interference. 2. Port Spacing - Control port: 2.54mm pitch. - Power port: 3.96mm pitch. 3. Heat Dissipation - When adding a heatsink or placing the driver board, ensure proper insulation to avoid short circuits.
